طقم ألواح أوزان، ألواح بامبر مزدوجة مقاس 2 بوصة للقوة والتدريب الرياضي 45 رطلاً

The 2-inch center holes fit my standard barbell perfectly, and the 17.7-inch diameter feels right for deadlifts without taking up too much floor space. My first session with the twin 45s was smooth—no wobble on the rack, just clean, solid lifting.

These things are solid and heavy — exactly what you want for deadlifts. The 2.9 inch width feels standard on the bar, and they've held up fine to some pretty aggressive drops so far.

The 2-inch center holes fit my barbell perfectly with no wobble, and the 17.7-inch diameter makes them easy to grip for deadlifts. Honestly, these 45s have held up great through daily drops on the garage floor.
