Výkonnostní zátěžová vesta ve tvaru Y - nastavitelná hmotnost

The iron plates slide in and out without any wobble once locked, which was my biggest worry with an adjustable vest. The 45 lb setting feels rock solid during push-ups and carries well on a jog, a massive upgrade from the sand-filled ones I used to suffer through.

The iron plates slide in and out of the pockets without any rattling once secured, and switching from 23 to 36 pounds takes me under two minutes. I've already used it for three straight weeks of pull-ups and carries, and the fit stays snug even when I'm sweating through a session.

The adjustable weight system is a game changer — I can swap between the 23 and 36 lb settings in under a minute, and the solid iron plates feel rock solid during my workouts. The vest sits snug enough that I don't have to constantly readjust it even when doing push-ups.
