Red de lanzamiento de rugby 7x7 pies - Red de lanzamiento de fútbol americano, color rojo

The 7x7 target is perfect for dialing in those medium throws, and I love that I can practice long bombs or quick short passes without chasing the ball. The net absorbs the impact nicely so it doesn't bounce back and hit me in the face. My accuracy has noticeably improved after just a few sessions.

The frame took under ten minutes to set up in my backyard, and the 7x7 size gives me plenty of target area for working on my short and medium throws. I've been using it every evening after work, and the net holds up well even when I really rip the ball into the corners.

The target squares are clearly marked for short, medium, and long throws, which makes practice feel structured instead of just chucking balls randomly. I've been using it in the backyard every evening and the net holds up fine even when I miss the sweet spot.
