I was a little wobbly the first time I stood on it, but the non-slip texture and those six feet under the base really locked everything into place once I got going. The PVC surface feels sturdy and gives me way more confidence during my ab workouts than my old mat ever did.

The six slip-resistant feet on the base kept me completely steady during my first wobbly session, which I really didn't expect. The non-toxic PVC surface feels sturdy underfoot, and it's become my go-to for quick core work before work.

The six rubber feet on the base grip my hardwood floor so firmly that the whole thing stays put even during fast side-to-side moves. I've had it for two weeks now, and the PVC surface is sturdy enough that I don't worry about it puncturing when I step on with shoes.
