性能加重背心專用加重片

The curved shape really does hug your body during squats and lunges—no more digging into my ribs like my old flat plates. Snug fit in the vest, too, and the weight feels solidly distributed. Slightly pricey, but worth it for the comfort alone.

It’s amazing how much easier pull-ups and squats feel with this plate hugging my torso instead of digging in. The curved design actually stays put during burpees, which is more than I can say for my old flat plate.

The curve sits so flush against my chest that I forget the vest is even loaded during push-ups and burpees, and it doesn't wobble at all when transitioning to sprints. I grabbed the pair for my tactical vest and the fit is exactly as promised, no shifting even on heavy carries.
